UK Gambling Commission
Amusement arcades, betting, bingo and casinos are all under the jurisdiction of the Gambling Commission, which also controls gaming machine producers and gambling software providers, as well as lottery operators and external lottery administrators.
The Gambling Commission is an executive non-departmental governmental agency that is sponsored by the Department of Digital, Culture, Media & Sport (DCMMS).
They are in charge of granting personal gaming licences for people and company gambling licences.
All of their licensees must meet certain criteria specified by them. These are the conditions and guidelines for obtaining a licence (LCCP). In order to ensure that licensees are adhering to our standards, they do evaluations.
If they detect people or corporations flouting their rules and regulations, they employ their regulatory authority to take action.
